Metron oversaw Building Services design management and construction administration for the transformation of a former department store into Grade A office space, now home to multiple gaming studios. Our scope included full mechanical, electrical, and fire system coordination, ensuring buildability and long-term performance. We have since provided further design development services to deliver a building-wide power upgrade and resilience strategy, supporting increased demand and the operational needs of high-performance gaming environments.
