Metron supported the fit-out of Marshmallow’s London office within The Featherstone Building, a high-spec commercial workspace in the heart of the City. Our role involved design-management and delivery oversight for mechanical, electrical and fire-service systems within this intelligent, digitally-enabled workspace. Key features included an under-floor air distribution system (UFAD) to optimise energy use, comfort and adaptability. Working closely with client and landlord teams, we coordinated the services interface, maintained design integrity, and helped the space deliver on both performance and experience.
