At the 73,000 sq ft Insight Direct facility, including an 11,000 sq ft Technical Integration Centre, Metron guided the full-service delivery of mechanical, electrical and fire-safety installations. With works running concurrently alongside the main contractor’s programme, we coordinated the complete fit-out of sprinkler networks, mechanical ventilation, external condensers plus a new water tank and embedded automated forklift-guidance system within the Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking layout. Through rigorous design management and construction administration we ensured performance, reliability and clear delivery across complex infrastructure and logistics environments.
