Within 40 Leadenhall, Metron contributed to the delivery of multiple Cat B workplace environments under challenging programme and interface conditions. Working alongside the evolving shell and core development, our role included resilient infrastructure design and the integration of mechanical, electrical, public health, and fire systems across live delivery phases. Through disciplined coordination and clear communication between stakeholders, Metron helped maintain technical consistency, delivery certainty, and alignment with occupier requirements throughout construction.
